Watertown Police Department:
Tajemar M. Brandon, 23, of 735 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 618 Bronson St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is summoned to appear Nov. 27 in City Court.

On 11/1/18 at 10:28 p.m., Ray P. Churcher IV, 45, of 118 Leons Rd., Hoffmeister, NY was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Inadequate Plate Lamp following a traffic stop on Main Street in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Churcher is scheduled to answer the charges on 12/11/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 11/8/18 at 12:22 p.m., Ashlee M. King, 27, of 101 W Seneca Street, Apt. 3, Oswego, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree; Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate and No License following a traffic stop on W 8th Street in the City of Oswego. Ms. King is scheduled to answer the charges on 12/6/18 in the City of Oswego Court.
On 11/9/18 at 9:09 p.m., Michael E. Shoults, 58, of 1835 CR 8, Fulton, NY was operating a 2004 Chevrolet north on CR 14 in the Town of Granby, ½ mile north of South Granby Rd., when he reportedly lost control of the vehicle in reaction to a deer entering the roadway, resulting in the vehicle exiting the roadway and striking a tree. Mr. Shoults was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Facility in Syracuse.
On 11/10/18 at 5:37 p.m., Mark S. Pelrah, 38, of 7461 W Murray Dr., Cicero, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and Inadequate Stop Lamps following a traffic stop on US RT 11 in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Pelrah is scheduled to answer the charges on 12/5/18 in the Town of Hastings Court.
On 11/11/18 at 2:10 a.m., Rebecca A. Rennie, 38, of 3265 Main Street, Apt. 4, Mexico, NY was arrested for DWI and Crossing Road Hazard Marking following a traffic stop on US RT 11 in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Rennie was arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court and is scheduled to return on 11/13/18. At the same time, Ms. Rennie was arrested for Criminal Tampering, third-degree, a class B misdemeanor following an incident at the Oswego County Public Safety Building where she intentionally urinated onto the floor. Ms. Rennie is scheduled to answer the charge on 11/29/18 in the City of Oswego Court.
On 11/11/18 at 1:10 p.m., Tiffany R. Player, 36, of 1237 County Line Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, seventh-degree and Promoting Prison Contraband, second-degree, both class A misdemeanors following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility where she was allegedly in possession of heroine and cocaine. Ms. Player is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/29/18 in the City of Oswego Court.
On 11/12/18 at 9:22 a.m., Bradford P. Webster, 38, of 208 E 8th Street, Oswego, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny, third-degree and Welfare Fraud, third-degree, both a class D felony stemming from the investigation into an incident in which he allegedly obtained benefits from the Oswego County Department of Social Services between 7/1/12-11/30/13 due to not reporting incomes received. Mr. Webster is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/13/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 11/12/18 at 12:47 p.m., Aaron N. Lamphear, 20, of 253 E 6th Street, Oswego, NY was charged with Speeding and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Lamphear is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/29/18 in the Town of Scriba Court. At the same time, Paul S. Kryger, 18, of 143 W. Utica Street, Oswego, NY was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Mr. Kryger is scheduled to answer the charge on 11/29/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.
On 11/12/18 at 8:38 p.m., Carrie L. Samios, 53, of 1264 CR 12, DeRuyter, NY was arrested for DWI; Operating a MV with BAC .08 of 1% and No Headlights following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Samios was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond with a return to court on 11/19/18.
On 11/12/18 at 9:30 p.m., David L. Kneeland, 49, of 3400 Lysander Rd., Cato, NY was operating a 2018 Cadillac west on CR 12 in the Town of Schroeppel, 1/10 mile east of Peter Scott Rd., when patrol observed the vehicle swerving in the roadway and crossing the center line as well as hazard marking lines before exiting on the north side of the roadway and striking a mailbox. Mr. Kneeland was charged with Driving Across Hazard Markings and Failure to Keep Right.
