Watertown Police Department:
Andrea M. Oller, 32, and Alex D. Holt, 31, both of 722 W. Main St., Watertown, were each charged by Watertown police at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with animal cruelty. They are each accused of failing to provide proper sustenance or seek property veterinary care for several cats that appeared severely ill which resulted in four of the cats to become deceased at about 5:31 p.m. Sept. 6 at 722 W. Main St., Apt. 3, according to court documents. They are each summoned to appear Nov. 8 in City Court.
Juliana J. Bare-Lowe, 17, of 511 Cooper St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:05 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at her residence with second-degree harassment. She is accused of striking a police officers with the back side of her hand while he was investigating a disorderly subject complaint at about 8:58 p.m. Thursday, police said. She is summoned to appear Nov. 7 in City Court

On 10/12/18 at 11:20 a.m., Anthony D. Sokolowski, 26, of 6295 Muskrat Bay Rd., Brewerton, NY was operating a 2005 Chevrolet pickup south on SR 481 in the Town of Volney, 1 mile south of CR 45, when in reaction to a deer entering the roadway he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and collide with a sign. Mr. Sokolowski was issued UTT’s for Unlicensed Operator and AUO, second-degree with a scheduled appearance in the Town of Volney Court on 11/5/18.
On 10/13/18 at 3:52 a.m., Thomas M. Grice, 28, of 305 Snowdale Rd., Syracuse, NY was charged with AUO, second-degree; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana; Illegal Signal and Operating a Rented/Leased/Loaned MV w/o Ignition Interlock Device following a traffic stop on Ames Street in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Grice is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/20/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 10/13/18 at 4:52 a.m., James R. Bogart, 35, of 2837 CR 6, Fulton, NY was operating a 2007 Ford south on CR 6 in the Town of Volney, 500 feet south of Hawk Rd., when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a mailbox. Mr. Bogart was issued UTT’s for AUO, second-degree and Crossing Road Hazard Markings with an appearance in the Town of Volney Court on 11/5/18.
On 10/15/18 at 5:48 p.m., Pamela J. Ermini, 28, of 121 Flower Ave., E, Apt B, Watertown, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree; Speeding; Registration Suspended and Permitting Operating W/O Insurance following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Volney. Ms. Ermini is scheduled to answer the charges on 10/29/18 in the Town of Volney Court.
On 10/17/18 at 6:00 a.m., Michael T. Holmes, 21, of 11 Enterprise Ave., Hastings, NY was operating a 1996 Ford pickup south on US RT 11 in the Town of Hastings, ½ mile north of CR 37, when he reportedly lost control attempting to avoid a deer causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a culvert. Mr. Holmes was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
On 10/17/18 at 1:17 p.m., Shawn F. Lynn, 28, of 221 Cole Rd., Mexico, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 69 in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Lynn is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/28/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 10/17/18 at 5:58 p.m., Jeanna L. Chapman, 52, of 2203 SR 49, West Monroe, NY was operating a 2010 Mercury east on SR 49 in the Town of West Monroe at the intersection with CR 37 when the vehicle reportedly rear ended a 2011 Chevrolet stopped at a red light and being operated by David D. Eiffe, 44, of 3 Heritage Circle, West Monroe, NY. Ms. Chapman was issued a UTT for Following too Closely.
On 10/18/18 at 9:04 a.m., Timothy S. Kilts, 55, of 3867 SR 69, Mexico, NY was charged with Harassment, second-degree based on a Criminal Summons issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Mr. Kilts is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/30/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 10/18/18 at 11:16 a.m., Billie J. Florczyk, 45, of 397 Fulton Street, Hannibal, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred somewhere between July 1-4, 2018 in the Town of Hannibal where she allegedly struck the victim with an open hand. Ms. Florczyk is scheduled to answer the charge on 11/13/18 in the Town of Hannibal Court.
On 10/18/18 at 6:40 p.m., Brenda M. Judge, 23, of 637 Maple Ave., Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and Failure to Keep Right following a one vehicle mva on Maple Ave. in the Town of Volney, 1/10-mile northwest of Olde Maple Avenue, where she allegedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike three mailboxes. Ms. Judge is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/5/18 in the Town of Volney Court.
On 10/18/18 at 8:19 p.m., Joshua D. Mason Sr., 34, of 427 Silk Rd., Apt. 5, Fulton, NY was arrested for Burglary, third-degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred on or around October 10, 2018 in the Town of Granby where he allegedly stole tools. Mr. Mason was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 10/22/18.
