Watertown Police Department:
Eric S. Widner, 19, of 502 Academy St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:25 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, on Breen Avenue with petit larceny. He is accused of stealing $21.25 worth of quarters from inside a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado belonging to Frank J. Chiumento, 60, of 508 Cross St., at about 1:42 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents. He was additionally charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Police allege he possessed a stolen retired Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office badge and identification card belonging to Peter R. Barnett, 55, Watertown, at about 1:50 a.m. in the 200 block of Breen Avenue. Mr. Widener is summoned to appear Oct. 24 in City Court.
Terry L. Gebo, 58, of 336 W. Main St., Apt. 408, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:44 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, in the 400 block of Stone Street with disorderly conduct. Mr. Gebo is accused of yelling profanities while walking in the 400 block of Stone Street despite several requests by police to cease the behavior, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Oct. 10 in City Court.
Kelly L. Coulibaly, 35, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 620C, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at her residence with endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of allowing her 15-year-old son to drive her vehicle by himself in the apartment complex at 207 Wealtha Ave. on Saturday, Oct. 6, according to court documents. The vehicle struck a garage door after the child forgot to place the vehicle in park at about 5:12 p.m. Saturday, police said. Ms. Coulibaly is summoned to appear Oct. 17 in City Court.

On 10/2/18 at 8:06 a.m., Joshua R. Woods, 33, of 913 CR 17, Bernhards Bay, NY was operating a 2006 Volvo south on Baum Rd. in the Town of Hastings, 2000 feet north of CR 32, when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway. Mr. Woods was issued UTT’s for Speeding and Unlicensed Operator.
On 10/5/18 at 4:20 p.m., Dan J. Dailey, 66, of 18 Stewart Street, Richland, NY was charged with Trespass following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Dailey is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/18/18 in the Town of Richland Court.
On 10/5/18 at 6:30 p.m., Matthew L. Lavalley, 33, of 2930 CR 17, Williamstown, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree following a mva on Main Street in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Lavalley is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/23/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 10/5/18 at 8:34 p.m., a 16-year-old male residing in the Town of Richland was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. The male was turned over to the Fulton Police Department for further processing.
On 10/5/18 at 11:55 p.m., Kenneth A. Hobart Jr., 34, of 617 Erie Street, Fulton, NY was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego Court. Mr. Hobart was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 10/15/18.
On 10/6/18 at 1:30 a.m., Amanda J. Hull, 29, of 712 CR 48, Altmar, NY was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, first-degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, seventh-degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the Oswego County Correctional Facility where she was allegedly found to have heroin in her possession. Ms. Hull was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded back to the OCJ in lieu of $3,000 cash or $6,000 bond with a return to City of Oswego Court on 10/9/18.
On 10/6/18 at 8:35 a.m., Lisa R. Ingison, 39, of 532 CR 3, Fulton, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred on 9/23/18 at the Town of Granby Wal-Mart. Ms. Ingison is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/15/18 in the Town of Granby Court.
On 10/6/18 at 10:40 a.m., Becki-Sue Stowell, 45, of 7 Powers Drive, Fulton, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the Town of Granby Wal-Mart. Ms. Stowell is scheduled to answer the charge on 11/5/18 in the Town of Granby Court.
On 10/6/18 at 6:50 p.m., Nicholas R. Mowers, 29, of 2081 CR 1, Apt. 9, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba Court. Mr. Mowers was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to Scriba Town Court on 10/11/18. At the same time, Mr. Mowers was arrested based on a Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County. He was arraigned in Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000/$2,000 bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Granby Court on 10/15/18.
On 10/6/18 at 11:00 p.m., Bradley M. Fox, 36, of 212 Fox Rd., Williamstown, NY was arrested for Menacing, second-degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class A misdemeanors following a domestic incident in the Town of Redfield where he allegedly held a knife in a threatening manner in the presence of a child. Mr. Fox is scheduled to answer the charges on 10/17/18 in the Town of Redfield Court.
On 10/7/18 at 8:10 a.m., Gerardo Vazquez, 23, of 788 Middle Rd., Oswego, NY was operating a 2015 Chevrolet south in the Town of Scriba, 3/10 mile north of SR 104, when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to side swipe a 2018 Toyota also traveling south and being operated by Diana E. McKenna, 78, of 10 Shady Lane, Oswego, NY. Mr. Vazquez was issued a UTT for Following too Closely.
On 10/7/18 at 1:29 p.m., Joshua D. Gaffey, 28, of 172 SR 104, Williamstown, NY was arrested for Criminal Trespass, third-degree, a class B misdemeanor following an incident at the Village of Central Square Wal-Mart where he was allegedly previously informed that he was not allowed on the property. Mr. Gaffey is scheduled to answer the charge on 11/7/18 in the Village of Central Square Court.
On 10/7/18 at 9:01 p.m., Shawn M. Thorpe, 33, of 96 Hamilton, Street, Bldg. 22D, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, second-degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic dispute in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Thorpe is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/16/18 in the Town of Hannibal Court.
On 10/7/18 at 10:04 p.m., Dillon A. Pollack, 18, of 52 Beverley Drive, Fulton, NY was arrested for Attempted Assault, second-degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, fourth-degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Granby where he allegedly poked the victim in the throat multiple times with a pocket knife. Mr. Pollack was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond with a return to T/O Granby Court on 10/15/18.
On 10/8/18 at 4:44 a.m., Timothy L. Stock, 42, of 36 Hall Rd., Hannibal, NY was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Unlawful Imprisonment, second-degree, both class A misdemeanors following a domestic dispute in the Town of Oswego where he allegedly took the victim’s car keys and phone along with pushing them to the ground then to the wall with his hand so they could not breath. Mr. Stock was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return on 10/15/18.

Devon M. Givens, 27, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 10:53 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, on Route 11 in the town of LeRay with aggravated driving while intoxicated. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. Troopers did not provide his BAC. He is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court at a later date.
Stacy S. Snyder, 44, Watertown, was charged by state police at 5:46 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at Walmart, 20823 Route 3, town of Watertown, with third-degree criminal trespass, petit larceny and resisting arrest.

A 15-year-old Carthage boy was charged by state police at 4:00 p.m. Oct. 5 with fourth-degree criminal mischief in connection with an incident reported Sept. 27 in the town of Wilna.
A 15-year-old Theresa boy was charged by state police at 2:00 p.m. Oct. 5 at 20104 Route 3, town of Watertown, with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
David J. De La Fuente, 19, Syracuse, was charged by state police at U.S. Customs in the town of Orleans with unlawful possession of marijuana. He is summoned to appear in Orleans Town Court.
