Say City Woman Failed to Pay Cab Fare
A woman was arrested at 11:31 a.m. Monday after failing to pay for an $11 cab
fare, Watertown police said.
Christine Ann Queal, 54, of 639 Mundy St., Apt. 2, was charged with theft of
services. She is to answer the charge July 7 in City Court.
Facing Charges After Domestic Incident
Jason M. Moseberry, 30, of 409 S. Massey St., was charged Sunday night with
third-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child, according to

Man Punched 4 Holes in Kitchen Wall
Robert C. Elliott, 21, of 146 Winthrop St., Apt. 2, was charged by Watertown
police at 4:31 p.m. Sunday with fourth degree criminal mischief and unlawful
possession of marijuana.
Police said he punched four holes in a kitchen wall at about 4:13 p.m. Sunday
at a residence occupied by Joshua Elliott, 319 Clay St., Apt. 1.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending
arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
Watertown Man Struck Woman in Back of Head with Fireplace Shovel
Troy A. Piche, 37, of 215 Charles St., was charged by Watertown police at 5:03
a.m. Sunday with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of
a weapon, both felonies.
Police said Mr. Piche struck Kristy S. Stoner, same address, on the head with a
fireplace shovel at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday at their residence causing a
two-inch cut to the back of her head which required medical treatment.
Mr. Piche was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending
arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
Man Charged with Menacing, Mischief
Narva N. Thompson, 25, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 638A, was charged by Watertown
police at 11:20 p.m. Saturday with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree
criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of fourth-degree criminal
Mr. Thompson was allegedly observed using a knife to slash tires on two pickup
trucks owned by James Rogers and John Nuckolls at about 11:12 p.m. Saturday in
the area of 207 Wealth Ave., Apt 638B, police said. When confronted by the two
men, he allegedly displayed what appeared to be a pistol and made threats to

Drum Man Accused of Trespass at Apartment
Adam M. Lenton, 22, of 9404 Langdon Dr., Apt. A, Fort Drum was charged at 1:29
p.m. Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass.
Police said he entered the home of Brian W. Coolbaugh, 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt.
1404, at about 8 a.m. Saturday through the front door without permission. Mr.
Coolbaugh and his wife were awaken by Mr. Lenton yelling for them to come
downstairs, police said.

Charge Lodged Against Watertown Man
Watertown police charged Raul Moncada, 28, of 224 Arlington St., Apt. B, at
2:38 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Moncada was observed in the middle of the 200 block of Arlington Street
yelling obscenities and swinging his arms in a violent manner after being told
by an officer several times to go back inside his residence, police said. He
was allegedly attempting to interfere with the investigation into an unrelated
incident, they said.

Theresa Man Violated Court Order
John Sakowich, 56, of 32649 County Route 194, Theresa, was charged at 10:07
a.m. Saturday on Route 11 in Philadelphia with second-degree criminal contempt,
according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies said he violated the term of a Antwerp Town Court order of protection
when he kicked in the front door at 32649 County Route 49 causing damage to the
door casing, and then intimidated a 14-year-old boy by threatening him and then
swung a closed fist at him. The youth fell to the ground to avoid being hit,

Inmate Charged with Second-Degree Assault
Shane N. Robinson, 18, of 326 Flower Ave. E., was charged Friday night with
second-degree assault, a felony, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's
Deputies said Mr. Robinson struck a fellow inmate, Eric A. Massey, causing him
to hit his head on a door and cause a 2-inch cut on his forehead on Friday at
the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
He was arraigned before town of Watertown Court Justice James P. McClusky and
returned to the jail under $5,000 bail.
Drum Man Accused of Assaulting Ex-Girlfriend
Torey A. Rich, 22, of 9145 General Pike Loop, Apt. A, Fort Drum, was charged by
Watertown police at 8:36 a.m. Friday with third-degree assault.
It is alleged he grabbed and pushed Danielle M. Fazio, Harris Drive, to the
pavement at least three times at about 7:30 a.m. at Expressmart, 1268 Arsenal
St., police said. Ms. Fazio sustained a cut and scratches during the incident,
Mr. Rich awaits prosecution in City Court.
Facing Child Endangerment Charge
Stephany M. Deline, 22, of 343 Walker Ave., Apt. C, was charged by Watertown
police at 4:06 p.m. Friday with endangering the welfare of a child.
She is accused of hosting a party at about 10:23 p.m. on May 31 at her
residence where a 14-year-old boy consumed alcoholic beverages and had to be
treated at Samaritan Medical Center due to his intoxicated state, police

Copenhagen Woman Threw Phone at Person
Christine K. Potoski, 23, of 107 High St., Apt. 2, Copenhagen was charged by

Drum Man Charged with Child Endangerment
Kyle J. Thompson, 22, of 10110 Bagram Rd., Apt. 255, Fort Drum, was charged by
Watertown police at 8:44 p.m. Friday with endangering the welfare of a child.

rate of speed and weaved in and out of traffic while impaired by alcohol with a

Watertown police cited two men at 12:50 p.m. Friday with violating the city's
open container ordinance.
Charles W. Posser, 69, of 206 Franklin St., Apt. 206, was allegedly found by

an open bottle of Vodka.

Teens Accused of Violating Playground Curfew
Three Watertown teens were cited at 2:40 a.m. Saturday by Watertown police with

Steven R. Robinson, 16, of 228 N. Rutland St., Mariaha K. Harris, 17, of 823
Bronson St., Joshua D. Conway, 17, of 214 Colorado Ave., are ordered to appear

Police: Public Health Employee Falsified Business Records
Shawn D. Henry, 49, of 224 Palmer St., was charged Thursday evening by state
police with six counts of second-degree falsifying business records.
He is accused of making false entries on documents between Aug. 31, 2007, and
Sept. 27, 2007, while employed as a medical social worker for Jefferson County
Department of Public Health, an investigator said.
Mr. Henry is ordered to appear June 30 in City Court.
Man Chased Stepson with Garden Hoe
Christopher J. Anzalone Sr., 43, of 441 S. Meadow St., was charged at 8:37 p.m.
Thursday with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree possession of a weapon and
endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said Mr. Anzalone punched his 14-year-old stepson in the face and chased
him with a garden hoe during an incident at his home at about 7:50 p.m.
He is being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending
arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
Man Charged with Criminal Mischief
George H. Castor, 34, of 4 W. Church St., Apt. 306, was charged by Watertown
police at 12:34 a.m. Friday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and
second-degree criminal trespass.
Mr. Castor allegedly damaged a front door belonging to Margaret Kuzebski, 126
Winslow St., Apt. 3, and entered her residence without permission at about
12:18 a.m. Friday, police said.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building under $500 bail
pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
Charges After Domestic Incident
Robert J. McDermott, 40, of 26225 Three Mile Point Road South, town of Lyme,
was charged Friday with second-degree harassment, second-degree menacing,
endangering the welfare of a child, violation of probation and unlawful possession of marijuana,
according to state police.
He was charged after a domestic incident with Jessica J. Weston, 33, same
address, in the presence of a 6-year-old boy, police said. Mr. McDermott was arraigned
in Lyme Town Court and released.
Mills Man Charged with Criminal Mischief
Carl M. Ostic, 20, of 26880 Libby Lane, was charged Thursday afternoon with third-degree
criminal mischief, according to state police.
Troopers allege he caused $900 in damage to a vehicle belonging to Bethany

Man Used Another's ID to Buy Beer
Watertown police charged Jordan M. Calhoun, 18, of 1113 Bronson St., at 11:05
p.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal impersonation.
Police said he used Gray E. Stanton II's Kentucky driver's license at about
1:30 a.m. on June 8 to defraud a clerk at A-Plus, 610 State St., in an attempt
to purchase a 30-pack of Bud Light beer.
Mr. Calhoun is ordered to appear July 8 in City Court.
Woman Drove Man's Car Without OK
Priscilla J. Kelton, 32, of 25059 Cooper Ave., was charged at 1:49 p.m.
Thursday with third-degree unauthorized used of a motor vehicle, according to
the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
She is accused of driving a 2000 Mercury belonging to Loren J. Alley, 39, same
address, without his permission after a domestic dispute, deputies said.
Ms. Kelton is to answer the charge June 23 in LeRay Town Court.
Facing Disorderly Conduct Charge
Michael J. Pender, 33, of 20441 Hadcock Rd., Watertown, was charged by
Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 10:42 p.m. Thursday with disorderly

Accused of Damaging Property
Sara N. Rodriguez, 16, of 31995 Old Town Springs Rd., was charged at 5:50 p.m.
Thursday with fourth-degree criminal mischief, according to state police.
Troopers said the charge stems from a domestic dispute in which she damaged
property belonging to Joyce B. Ayala, 49, same address.
Ms. Rodriguez is ordered to appear June 24 in Clayton Town Court.
Man Charged with Child Endangerment
John R. Barker, 26, of 17052 Route 11, was charged by Jefferson County
sheriff's deputies at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a
Mr. Barker is accused of holding his 7-month-old daughter and preventing her
from taking a bottle of formula being offered by his wife, Jessica M. Barker,
deputies said. He later allegedly threw the bottle across the room during the
domestic dispute, according to police documents.

Drum Man Accused of Sexual Intercourse with 14-Year-Old Girl
Joshua C. Steele, 21, of 10434 5th Armor Div. Dr., Apt. 110, Fort Drum, was
charged by Watertown police at Thursday morning with second-degree rape.
Police said he engage in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl at about 2
a.m. Feb. 23 at 441 S. Meadow St.
He was arraigned before part-time City Judge Eugene R. Renzi who sent him to
the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building under $5,000 cash bail.
