Watertown Teen Facing Assault Charge

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Shannon C. Casler, 17, of 110 Stuart St., Apt. 2, was charged by Watertown police at 6:40 p.m. Monday with third-degree assault.

Police said she punched Rae C. Bremmer, same address, in the face and head several times and kicked her. She also allegedly grabbed Ms. Bremmer down a set of stairs causing swelling and abrasions her arm and cuts her leg and face, police said.

Ms. Casler is ordered to appear July 7 in City Court.

Police Say Woman Violated Order of Protection

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Shana L. Welsh, 31, of 280 E. Main St., Apt. A, was charged at 12:06 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt.

It is alleged she violated a City Court stay away order of protection on June 14 when she was in the presence of Angelica Sullivan at 1320 State Street, police said.

Ms. Welsh is summoned to appear July 9 in City Court.

Watertown Woman Accused of Possessing Drugs

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Lacey Jo Folsom, 26, of 383 Brainard St., Apt. 2, was charged at 11:05 p.m. Monday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to Watertown police.

She was allegedly found in possession of a Oxycodone tablet, five Alprazolam tablets and marijuana at about 3:57 a.m. June 16 at her residence, police said.

She is to answer the charges July 8 in City Court.

Man Facing Charge After Domestic Dispute

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Watertown police arrested Michael A. Rumker, 19, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 505, at 11:30 p.m. Monday after a domestic incident.

Mr. Rumker, charged with second-degree harassment, awaits prosecution in City Court. Police said he held Taileisha N. Rumker, 19, same address, on the ground causing swelling and scratches to her arms.

Oswego County Sheriff's Department

MEDIA RELEASE:

On 6/12/08 at 5:20 p.m., Scott M. Hall, 19, of 3633 CR 57, Oswego, NY was arrested for Reckless Driving, a misdemeanor after the investigation into a incident in which he allegedly forced another vehicle off the roadway on Gilbert Mills Rd. in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Hall was issued a uniform traffic ticket and is to re-appear before the Town of Schroeppel Court on 6/25/08. 

On 6/21/08 at 4:09 p.m., Jeanine M. Buske, 33, of 30 Hamilton Homes, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2^nd degree after the investigation into an incident where she reportedly drove by a residence and occupants in her vehicle shouted out to the residence,  of an individual to which has a Stay Away order of protection against her.  Ms. Buske was arraigned by Hannibal Town Court Judge L. Dennison and ROR'd.  She will return to court on 7/22/08 to answer to the charge. 

On 6/20/08, Stephanie M. Woolson, 36, of 146 Shore Oaks Dr., Oswego, NY was arrested at 4:45 p.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3^rd ( failure to answer summons in T/O Richland Court) and Failure to Obey Traffic Device after a traffic stop on CR 6 in the Town of New Haven.  Ms. Woolson was issued UTT's, returnable to the Town of New Haven Court on 7/17/08. 

On 6/23/08 at 6:39 p.m., a 16 year old male residing in the Town of Orwell was charged with Burglary, 3^rd; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3^rd and Grand Larceny, 3^rd, all felonies after the investigation into a report of a four wheeler stolen out of a garage in the Town of Orwell.  He was arraigned before Judge Ridgeway of Richland Town Court and released.  He is scheduled to return to Orwell Town Court on 7/9/08.
