Watertown Man Accused of Possessing a Noxious Material

WATERTOWN, N.Y.    Terry L. Gebo, 48, of 814 Academy St., Apt. 1, was charged by Watertown police at 10:48 p.m. Tuesday with possession of a noxious material.

Police said he "possessed a noxious material and that material had been soaked into a pair of socks in a bread bag that the defendant was huffing". 

The fumes were allegedly strong enough to annoy a woman in a neighboring apartment at about 10:14 p.m., police said.

He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
