Motorists Facing Driving While Intoxicated Charges

The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related
offenses:
George K. Anderson, 22, of 606 Lansing St., Watertown, was charged by
Watertown police at 12:25 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of S. Massey Street with
driving while intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, police
said. A
BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under
state law. He is to answer the charges Dec. 9 in City Court.
Justin M. Fischer, 28, of 224 N. Hamilton St., Watertown, was stopped by
Watertown police at 12:23 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of State Street for
failure to signal a turn and unsafe lane change. His BAC was 0.17 percent,
police said. He was released to military custody and ordered to appear Dec. 15
in City Court.
Ronni L. Campbell, 21, of 24993 Gerald Ave., Calcium, was stopped by
Watertown police at 1:57 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Pearl Street, and
charged with DWI. Police said her blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent. She was additionally cited with driving without a license. She was
released to military custody and summoned to appear Nov. 30 in City
Court.
Devon R. Meunier, 17, of 23486 Fetterly Rd., Dexter, was charged by
Watertown police at 12:55 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of W. Main Street with
DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and having inadequate plate lamps. His
BAC was 0.11 percent, police said. He is ordered to appear Dec. 14 in City
Court.
Raymond S. Campany, 23, Newport News, Va., was charged by state police
at 2:41 a.m. Saturday on West Street in the village of Carthage with DWI. His
BAC was 0.15 percent, troopers said. He is to answer the charges in Village
Court.
Dustin L. Stephenson, 25, Redwood, was charged by state police at 2:55
a.m. Saturday on County Route 3 in the town of Orleans with DWI. His BAC was
not made available. He is to answer the charges in Orleans Town Court.
Dale T. Flansburg, 39, Boonville, was charged by state police at 3:35
a.m. Saturday on Osceola Road in the town of Lewis with DWI. His BAC was
unavailable.
Nicole L. Stopfel, 20, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police at 3:20
a.m. Saturday on Fine Street in Ogdensburg with DWI. Her BAC was 0.12 percent,
troopers said. She is summoned to appear Dec. 3 in Ogdensburg City Court.
Joey D. Durham, 26, of 6913 Route 58, Hammon, was charged by state
police at 10:40 p.m. Friday on Route 11 in the town of Gouverneur with driving
while ability impaired by alcohol and criminally possessing a hypodermic
instrument. He was additionally cited with make an unsafe start and operating
an uninspected vehicle. He is to answer the charges Dec. 3 in Gouvernuer
Town Court.
Scott A. Meisch, 21, of Farrell Street, Clayton, was charged by state
police at 3:00 a.m. Wednesday on Route 12 in the town of Orleans with DWI and
crossing hazard markings. His BAC was 0.12 percent, troopers said. He is to
appear Dec. 15 in Orleans Town Court.
Amanda H. Clark, 30, of 511 Elizabeth St., Ogdensburg, was charged at
5:10 a.m. Thursday on Route 68 in the town of Oswegatchie with DWI and
resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Morristown Town Court and sent to the
St. Lawrence County jail on $5,000 bail.

Myles E. Babcock, 28, of Birmingham, Ala., was charged by Watertown
police at 2:15 a.m. Friday on Public Square with DWI and making an unsafe lane
change. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on
$250 police bail pending arraignment Friday morning in town of Watertown Court.
Penny R. Eldridge, 24, of 7 Oxford St., Carthage, was charged by
Watertown police at 12:36 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of Sterling Street with
DWI and failure to signal a turn. Her BAC 0.16 percent, police said. She is
summoned to appear Dec. 7 in City Court.
Jerry A. Storey, 43, of 850 Vine St., Apt. 13C, Liverpool, was charged
by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 7:55 p.m. in the southbound lane of
Interstate 81 in the town of Adams with aggravated DWI and operating a vehicle
on a suspended registration. His BAC was 0.27 percent, deputies said.
Aggravated DWI, which carries a harsher sentence upon conviction, is charged
when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent or more. He is to answer the
charges in Adams Town Court.
Jordan J. S. Runge, 23, of 35916 Route 126, Carthage, was charged by
Watertown police at 2:34 a.m. Thursday in the 700 block of Arsenal Street with
DWI, failure to signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a
vehicle. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.
He was released after posting $250 bail and summoned to appear Dec.
14 in City Court.
Maria P. Yaromich, 22, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1605, Watertown, was
stopped by Watertown police for speeding at 1:01 a.m. Thursday in the 700 block
of State Street. Her BAC was 0.14 percent, police said. She is to answer the
charges Dec. 14 in City Court.
Gabriel A. Lines, 30, of 16583 Evans Rd., Dexter, was charged at 9:29
p.m. Wednesday on Route 3 in the town of Hounsfield with DWI, according to the
Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. His BAC was 0.14 percent, deputies said.
He was additionally cited for an equipment violation. He is to answer the
charges in Hounsfield Town Court.
