Police: Teen Threatened Man with Loaded Shotgun

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Travis M. LaShure, 18, of 25887 Bonney Rd., was charged by Watertown police at 5:01 p.m. Sunday at 207 E. Lynde St. with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

He is accused of cocking a loaded 12-gauge shotgun and making threats during an argument with Earlson L. Newell, 207 E. Lynde St., Apt 2, at about 4:10 p.m. Sunday.

Mr. LaShure was released after posting $500 bail and is ordered to appear March 23 in City Court.

Police Say Man Allowed Two Teens to Have Sex

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Anthony J. Sparks, 22, of 206 Franklin St., Apt. 308, was charged by Watertown police at 6:05 p.m. Saturday with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to court documents, he allowed a 14-year-old boy to have sex with a 14-year-old girl while their parents were away between 1 and 4 p.m. on Feb. 14 at a residence on Academy Street.

Mr. Sparks is summoned to appear March 17 in City Court.

Woman Accused of Punching Man, Resisting Arrest

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Jennifer L. Percy, 29, of 30201 Burnup Rd., Black River, was arrested by Watertown police at 9:07 p.m. Saturday after she allegedly punched Lucas D. LaVancha, Carthage, in the face inside Mick's Place, 204 Factory St.

She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She was released after posting $500 police bail and is ordered to appear March 29 in City Court.

Police also allege she pulled away while they were attempting to handcuff her and screamed, waved her head around, twisted her body and kicked her legs.

Watertown Man Accused of Urinating on Fence

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Kirk R. Guyette, 27, of 206 Franklin St., Apt. 302, was cited at 7:13 p.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct after being observed urinating on a fence in the 300 block of Gotham Street, according to Watertown police.

He is to answer the charge in March 26 in City Court.

Police: Woman Damaged Door at Apartment

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Michelle R. Ricks, 36, of 148 N. Orchard St., Apt. A, was charaged at 6:37 p.m. Saturday with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

She is accused of slamming a door at 934 Academy St., Apt. 3, on March 10 causing $100 in damage to the doorframe, police said. 

Ms. Ricks it to appear March 19 in City Court.

Watertown Teen Cited for Alcohol Possession

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Maryann Lynn Robinson, 19, of 305 Gotham St., Apt. 2, was charged by Watertown police at 7:14 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Gotham Street with unlawful possession of alcohol and violating the city's open container ordinance. 

Police said she was observed drinking a pint of Smirnoff XBT on a sidewalk.

She is to appear March 26 in city Court.
