Drum Woman Accused of Stabbing Two Women at Maggie's

WATERTOWN,
N.Y. —
Guilfoyle Ambulance transported two women to Samaritan Medical Center after
they were stabbed early Sunday outside Maggie's on the River, 500 Newell St.,
according to the Watertown Police Department.
Marta J. Rapp, 22, of 10424 5th Armored Division Dr., Fort Drum, was
charged at 1:51 a.m. in the 500 block of Newell St. with two counts each of
second-degree assault, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a
weapon, a misdemeanor.
According to police records, Ms. Rapp stabbed Leigh A. Hollenbeck, 22, Route
283, Black River, in her right leg, and Sondra M. Arquiett, 25, same address,
twice in her right leg at about 1:36 a.m.
Both women were allegedly stabbed with a green Wartech
USA assisted open knife, police said.
At the hospital both women received stitches for their injuries, according to
court documents.
Ms. Rapp was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending
arraignment Sunday morning in town of Watertown Court.
