Police Blotter Report:
Donna M. Davis, 25, of 8433-C North Lewis Ave.,
Fort Drum, was charged Thursday night by Jefferson County
sheriff's deputies with second-degree harassment and
disorderly conduct. Deputies allege Ms. Davis pushed Naomi
P. Lamb, 23, a Salmon Run Mall security officer while
involved in an incident in the mall's parking lot near
Regal Cinemas. Ms. Davis also allegedly screamed "Get
the (expletive) from me" several times and displayed
her middle finger several times to deputies at about 9:30
p.m., according to court documents. She is summoned to
appear Dec. 6 in town of Watertown Court.
Earl N. Pierce, 42, of 6359 County Route 79,
Lorraine, was charged Thursday evening by Jefferson County
sheriff's deputies with tampering the evidence, a felony,
and second-degree obstruction of government
administration. Deputies allege Mr. Pierce removed a
cinder block from the scene of a motor vehicle accident
and concealed it from deputies at about 11:54 p.m.
Wednesday in the of Lorraine. He was arraigned before
Lorraine Town Justice Eric C. Sheldon who sent him to the
Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building to be held without
bail.
Jonathan O. McCargar, 21, of 1010 Sherman St., and Jonathan
P. Kruger, 21, of 303 Keyes Ave., were both charged by
Watertown police at 10:49 p.m. Thursday at 303 Keys Ave.
with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Both
men are accused of hosting a party where alcohol was
provided to and consumed by a 20-year-old and 19-year-old,
police said. Both men were being held at the
Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment
Friday morning in City Court.
Taylor P. Maitland, 17, of 1117 Boyd St., and Michelle
A. Lago, 18, of 119 S. Orchard St., both of Watertown,
were each charged Thursday afternoon with petit larceny,
according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
They are accused of stealing $242.64 in merchandise from
Wal-Mart, Route 3, town of Watertown, at about 3 p.m.
Thursday, deputies said. Both females are summoned to
appear Nov. 29 in town of Watertown Court.
Andre V. White, 25, of 26960 Perch Lake Rd., Apt.
305, Watertown, was charged by state police at 3:11 a.m.
Thursday at Routes 11 and 37 in the town of Pamelia with
driving while intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was
0.16 percent, troopers said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more
is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is
summoned to appear in Pamelia Town Court.
Joshua M. Doyle, 34, of 165 Union St., Apt. 2,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:20 a.m.
Thursday at his residence with second-degree
strangulation, a felony, and second-degree harassment. Mr.
Doyle allegedly applied pressure to the throat of Ashlee
F. Hubbard with his hand causing her to lose consciousness
at about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday during a domestic incident
in her apartment at 722 W. Main St., police said. He is
also accused of pulling her hair, they said.
Thomas A. Hubbard, 18, of 722 W. Main St., Apt 2,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:00 a.m.
Friday at 232 W. Main St. with fifth-degree criminal
possession of stolen property and endangering the welfare
of a child. He is accused of allowing a child "less
than seventeen years of age to remain outside at 12:00
a.m. and engage in the larceny of alcohol without the
knowledge of the child's parents" at about 10:00 p.m.
Oct. 26 at Nice N Easy, 430 Factory St., according to
court documents. Mr. Hubbard possessed a 12-pack of Bud
Light Limearita that he knew was stolen from the store,
police allege. He is summoned to appear Nov. 27 in City
Court.
Britton T.L. Grant, 21, of 24444 White Road, Glen
Park, was arrested by Watertown police at 12:22 a.m.
Friday at 303 Keyes Ave. on a warrant and false
personation. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson
Public Safety Building pending arraignment Friday morning
in City Court.
Alex M. Tibbles, 19, of 29855 County Route 46,
Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 10:36 p.m.
Tuesday on Joachim Road in the town of LeRay with driving
while ability impaired by drugs, fifth-degree criminal
possession of marijuana, trespassing, improper bumper, no
inspection and having an insecure license plate. He allegedly
admitted to troopers he had just smoked marijuana after
being observed pulling off a field on County Route 46 and
was found in possession of 25.5 grams of marijuana, police
said. He is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.
