WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21,
MEDIA RELEASE:
On
11/20/12 at 10:45 p.m., Adam L. Fisher, 38, of 123
Phillips Rd., Oswego, was arrested for Registration
Suspended (suspended on 10/20/12 for insurance lapse)
following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Granby
initiated by the LPR unit alerting. Mr. Fisher was
released on a UTT, returnable to the Town of Granby Court
on 12/3/12.
On 11/20/12 at 11:35 p.m., Brenda L. Johnson, 36,
of 1660 Fintches Corners Road, Martville, was arrested for
Registration Suspended (suspended due to insurance lapse)
following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal
initiated by the LPR unit alerting. Ms. Johnson was
released on a UTT, returnable to the Town of Hannibal
Court on 12/4/12.
On 11/20/12 at 8:10 p.m., Kristen L. Boshart, 33,
of 2675 CR 57, Fulton, was operating a 2011 Tyco pickup in
the parking lot at the Volney Elementary School in the
Town of Volney, ¼ mile south of SR 3, when she reportedly
backed the vehicle north and collided with a 2009 Chrysler
suburban being operated by Rebecca L. Craig, 36, of 17 Old
State Rd., Fulton, NY. Ms. Boshart was issued a UTT for
AUO, third-degree due to a failure to pay a fine in the
C/O Syracuse on 9/26/12 and is scheduled to appear in the
T/O Volney Court on 12/3/12 to answer the charge.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20,
MEDIA RELEASE:
On 11/19/12 at
8:40 p.m., Joseph W. Cash, 25, of 976 CR 29,
Oswego, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of MV, third-degree,
a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into
a mva in the Town of Scriba on 11/5/12 after he allegedly
took the victim’s vehicle without permission and crashed
it. Mr. Cash was released on an appearance ticket,
returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 11/29/12.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19,
MEDIA RELEASE:
On 11/19/12
at 12:32 a.m., Anthony J. Seifert, 62, of 5894 US
Rt. 11, Sandy Creek, was arrested for Driving While
Intoxicated, Driving With .08 of One Percent or More of
Alcohol, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Failed to
Keep Right, following a traffic stop on US Rt. 11 in the
Town of Sandy Creek after being observed driving in an
erratic manner, reportedly crossing the solid yellow line
twice. Mr. Seifert was issued tickets returnable to Town
of Sandy Creek Court on 12/13/12.
On 11/13/12, Kip D. Hilton, 56, of 406 Clark Rd.,
Pulaski, was operating a 2006 GMV pickup truck westbound
on Clark Road in the Town of Richland at 6:31 p.m. when he
reportedly rear-ended a horse-drawn buggy, 2/10 of a mile
west of Hinman Road, then fled the scene. The buggy was
removed by a tow service. Mr. Hilton reportedly turned
himself in on 11/15/12 and was ticketed for Leaving the
Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Approaching Horses
with Due Care, and Approaching Horses with
Prudent/Reasonable Speed. Improper passing and passing too
closely appear to have been contributing factors.
On 11/16/12 at 11:07 p.m., Don A. Johnson, 27, of
4945 N. Jefferson Rd., Pulaski, was arrested for Assault,
Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from an
incident that occurred in a vehicle as he drove on I-81
Town of Richland. Mr. Johnson reportedly caused physical
injury to the mouth and nose of a female victim during an
argument. Mr. Johnson was arraigned before the Hon. Amy
Pastuf, Town of Richland Court, and remanded to the Oswego
County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or
$2,500 bail bond. He is scheduled to reappear in court on
12/06/12.
On 11/12/12 at 11:57 a.m., John Messina, 39, of 63
Howard Rd., Hastings, was charged with Operation While
Registration Suspended/Revoked (suspended for insurance
lapse on 10/23/12), and No Inspection Certificate,
following a traffic stop on CR 4, in the Town of Volney
after a License Plate Reader targeted his vehicle. Mr.
Messina was issued tickets and released. He is scheduled
to answer the charges before Town of Volney Court on
12/03/12.
On 11/13/12 at 2:00 p.m., Kellie J. Brutcher, 54,
of 40 Elderberry Lane, Central Square, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Second Degree (5
suspensions on 3 dates and license also expired on
7/12/12); Crossed Official/Hazardous Road Markings; and
Unlicensed Operator, following a traffic stop on SR 3 in
the Town of Volney. Ms. Brutcher was reportedly observed
crossing the fog line nearly striking a mail truck that
was delivering mail. Ms Brutcher was arraigned before the
Hon. Patricia Kerfien, Town of Volney Court, and released
on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to
court on 11/19/12
On 11/16/12 at 11:11 a.m., Eric Johnson, 40, of 118
E. Fourth St., Oswego, was taken into custody based on a
bench warrant issued by Town of Scriba Court. Mr. Johnson
was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of
Scriba Court, and released on his own recognizance. He is
scheduled to return to court on 11/29/12.
On 11/16/12 at 2:01 p.m., Michael V. Tanzini, 21,
of 30 Cayuga Circle, Room 32, Oswego, NY, was charged with
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation, and
ticketed for Improper Turn, following a traffic stop on
Gardenier Road in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Tanzini was
released on an appearance ticket returnable to Town of
Oswego Court on 12/04/12.
On 11/17/12, Carla E. Jodway, 42, of 152 Hawk Rd.,
Fulton, was operating a 2012 Chevrolet on Rowlee Road at
11:28 a.m. when she reportedly failed to yield to a 2008
Chevrolet suburban that was traveling southbound on CR 6
causing the vehicles to collide. The incident occurred
after Ms. Jodway stopped at the stop sign and proceeded
into the intersection, attempting to turn lelftl onto CR 6
to travel in a northbound direction. The 2008 Chevrolet
was operated by Susan D. Calderone, 53, of 2766 CR
6, Fulton, NY. Failure to yield the right of way appears
to have been a contributing factor.
On 11/17/12 at 11:19 a.m., Louis M. Percival, Sr.,
30, of 204 Kellogg Rd., Hannibal, was arrested for three
counts of Criminal Contempt, First Degree, a class E
felony; Criminal Mischief, Fourth Degree, a class A
misdemeanor; two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a
Child, a class A misdemeanor; and Menacing, Third Degree,
a class B misdemeanor, stemming from the investigation
into a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of
Hannibal on 11/11/12. Mr. Percival was arraigned before
Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County
Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or
$5,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on
12/04/12. He is accused of grabbing a victim named in an
order of protection by the throat, punching holes in the
walls and in a door of a residence by use of a tool, and
threatening to kill the victim and the victim’s
children. He is also accused of grabbing a child by the
neck before leaving the property.
On
11/17/12, Angel R. Morejon, 19, of 7808 Regal Heron
Circle, 105, Naples, Fl., was operating a 2007 Honda
eastbound on CR 2 in the Town of Redfield at 11:46 p.m.,
when he reportedly failed to stop at the stop sign at the
intersection of CR 17. He reportedly crossed CR 17 and
struck a garage located at 5004 CR 17. Traffic control
disregard appears to have been a contributing factor in
the incident. Mr. Morejon was issued a ticket for Failed
to Stop at a Stop Sign.
On 11/18/12 at 2:20 p.m., James M. Warner, 44, of
1115 Emery St., Fulton, was charged with Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana, a violation, after a complaint
was received from a third party that he was smoking
marijuana inside a Village of Lacona residence. Mr. Warner
was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Town of
Sandy Creek Court on 12/0612.
On 11/18/12 at 4:30 p.m., Virginia J. Wallace, 33,
of 42150 Ledges Rd., Alexandria, was taken into custody by
members of the NYS Police and turned over to a Sheriff’s
Deputy who arrested her based on a bench warrant issued by
Town of Hannibal Court. Ms. Wallace was arraigned before
the Hon. James Lewis, Town of Hannibal Court, and released
on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to
court on 11/27/12.
