MEDIA RELEASE:
On 12/22/12, Ashley
M. Lipitz, 27, of 19 Town Garden Drive, Apt. 5,
Liverpool, NY was issued UTT’s charging her with DWI;
AUO, 1st degree, a class E felony (suspended on
8/15/12 pending a DWI in T/O Salina); Speed Not Reasonable
and Failure to Keep Right stemming from the investigation
into a personal injury mva that occurred on 11/11/12 in
the Town of Orwell when the 2009 Chevrolet she was
reportedly operating failed to negotiate a curve causing
the vehicle to drive on the left shoulder of the roadway
then when overcorrected, caused her to lose control and
exit the southwest side of the roadway and strike a tree
then continued down an embankment. Ms. Lipitz was
arraigned in the Town of Orwell Court by Hon. Judge Roser
and ROR’d with a return to court date of 1/2/13.

On 12/16/12 at
5:09 a.m., Tracy A. Schatt, 38, of 96 Kibby Rd.,
Mexico, was operating a 1999 Mazda north on CR 35 in the
Town of New Haven when a deer reportedly entered the
roadway from the east side causing her to lose control of
the vehicle and exit the west side of the roadway and
strike a tree. Ms. Schatt was issued UTT’s for Leaving
the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Failure to
Keep Right.
On 12/20/12 at 5:41 p.m., Alexander Santana, 30, of
West 3rd St., Bldg. 301, Oswego, was arrested
for Registration Suspended ( suspended on 11/19/12 for
insurance not in effect); AUO, 2nd degree(
suspended on 4/14/11 for DWI and on 7/7/11 for failure to
pay driver responsibility assessment); Operating a MV w/o
Insurance and No License following a traffic stop on SR 48
in the Town of Minetto initiated by the LPR unit alerting.
Mr. Santana was released on UTT’s, returnable to the
Town of Minetto Court on 1/10/13.
On 12/24/12 at 9:11 a.m., Christopher A. Smith, 40,
of 419 Erie St. Apt. 3, Fulton, was arrested at his
residence based on a warrant issued out of Oswego County
Family Court by Hon. Judge Todd charging him with
violating Article IV of the Family Court Act., failure to
pay child support. Mr. Smith was arraigned by Hon. Judge
Seager in Family Court and ROR’d with a return to court
date of 1/14/13.
On 12/24/12 at 8:26 a.m., Michael F. Gravelle, 21,
of 15 Risley, Oswego, was arrested at his residence based
on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr.
Gravelle was arraigned by Hon. Judge Shanley and ROR’d
with a return to court date of 1/9/13.

MEDIA RELEASE:
On
12/19/12 at 12:00 p.m., Jeffery K. Graser, 22, of
7426 Henry Clay Boulevard Bldg. B
Apt 34, Liverpool, was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th
degree, a class E felony, Criminal Possession of Stolen
Property, 4th degree, a class E felony and
Forgery, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor
stemming from the investigation into an incident that
occurred on 11/21/12 at a Village of Pulaski business
where the victim’s debit/credit card was allegedly
stolen and used to make purchases in the Village of
Pulaski. Mr. Graser was arraigned in the Town of Sandy
Creek Court and ROR’d with a return to the T/O Richland
Court on 1/14/13.
On 12/20/12 at 8:18 a.m., Keila S. Polo, 33, of W
11th St. Bldg. 20, Apt B8, Fulton, was arrested
for Petit Larceny stemming from an incident that occurred
at the Town of Granby Wal-Mart when she allegedly stole
consumable goods along with a bed comforter. Ms. Polo was
released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town
of Granby Court on 12/31/12.
On 12/20/12 at 9:37 a.m., Donald C. Reardon, 21, of
27 Gerritt St., Oswego, was arrested for Burglary, 3rd
degree, a class D felony; Criminal Mischief, 3rd
degree, a class E felony; Petit Larceny and Conspiracy, 5th
degree stemming from the investigation into his alleged
participation into the breaking in to a business in the
Town of Scriba in July 2012 in which consumable goods were
stolen. Mr. Reardon was arraigned by Hon. Judge Adkins in
Scriba Town Court and ROR’d with a return to court date
of 1/3/12.
On 12/20/12 at 3:24 p.m., Nichole V. Foltz, 28, of
358 CR 21, Martville, was arrested for Registration
Suspended (suspended on 11/5/12 for insurance lapse)
following a traffic stop on CR 3 in the Town of Granby
initiated by the LPR unit alerting. Ms. Foltz was released
on a UTT, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on
1/7/13.

12/20/12 at 10:04 p.m., Mary Kate
Torbitt, 19, of 110 Sabin Road, Oswego, was arrested
for AUO, 3rd degree (suspended on 3/7/12 and on
8/15/12 for Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Sterling) and
Crossing Road Hazard Markings following an investigation
into a one vehicle mva on SR 176 in the Town of Volney.
Ms. Torbitt was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of
Volney Court on 1/14/13.

On 12/15/12 at
10:17 p.m., Billie Jo Webster, 39, of 1153 CR 12,
B32, Pennellville, was arrested for Registration Suspended
(suspended on 10/26/12 for insurance lapse) following a
traffic stop on CR 12 in the Town of Schroeppel initiated
by the LPR unit alerting. Mr. Webster was issued a UTT,
returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 1/28/13.
On 12/19/12 at
8:54 a.m., Tina M. Buskey, 41, of 409 Cayuga St.,
Fulton, was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree
(suspended on 9/13/12 for Failure to Answer Summons in C/O
Fulton) and License Plate Violation following a traffic
stop on Rathburn Rd. in the Town of Granby. Ms. Buskey was
released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Granby
Court on 1/7/13.
On 12/19/12 at
9:13 p.m., Kenneth L. Whitman Jr., 58, of 44
Christmas Tree Lane, Pennsville, NJ was arrested for DWI
and Aggravated DWI, both misdemeanors following an
intoxicated person complaint in the Town of Scriba where
he was reportedly found to be sitting in a vehicle on the
side of the roadway. Mr. Whitman was arraigned in the Town
of Scriba Court by Hon. Judge Adkins and ROR’d with a
return to court date of 1/3/13.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER
19,
MEDIA RELEASE:
On 12/14/12 at
10:36 p.m., Randall J. Webster, 20, of 640 CR 4,
Central Square, was arrested for Registration Suspended
(suspended on 11/19/12 for insurance lapse) and Operating
a MV w/o Insurance following a traffic stop on SR 13 in
the Town of Williamstown initiated by patrol’s LPR unit
alerting. Mr. Webster was released on UTT’s, returnable
to the Town of Williamstown Court on 1/15/13.
On 12/15/12 at 12:14 a.m., Scott A. Harp, 42, of SR
104 Bldg. 8463, Hannibal, was charged with DWI; Aggravated
DWI; Imprudent Speed and Failure to Keep Right following a
one vehicle mva on Barker Rd. in the Town of Oswego, 3/10
mile north of SR 104A as the 2001 Subaru suburban he was
operating southbound reportedly exited the right side of
the roadway on a bend then when overcorrecting, crossed
the roadway and drove off the left side of the roadway and
down an embankment striking a tree. Mr. Sharp was released
on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Oswego Court on
1/7/13.
On 12/16/12 at 12:40 a.m., Holly L. Bristol, 29, of
2 Kingdom Rd., Fulton, was arrested for AUO, third-degree
(suspended for Failure to Answer Summons on 12/14/12 in
T/O Cortlandville) and Inadequate Plate Lamp following a
traffic stop in the parking lot of the Town of Granby
Wal-Mart reportedly initiated by the lack of plate lamps.
Ms. Bristol was released on UTT’s, returnable to the T/O
Granby Court at a later date.
On 12/19/12 at 2:03 a.m., Shelly A. Burghart, 43,
of 59 Tannery Rd., Constantia, was arrested for DWI and
Operating a MV with BAC of .08 of 1% following the
investigation into a suspicious vehicle complaint at the
intersection of CR 84 and CR 37 in the Town of West Monroe
after her vehicle was observed by an uninvolved party to
travel at a very low rate of speed then to be found
sleeping in the driver’s seat. Ms. Burghart was released
on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of West Monroe Court on
1/14/13.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 18,
MEDIA RELEASE:
On 12/17/12 at
4:27 p.m., Cory R. Jardin, 28, of W Third St. South
Bldg. 552, Oswego, was arrested at the Oswego County
Correctional Facility and charged with Burglary, second-degree,
a class C felony and Grand Larceny, third-degree, a class
D felony stemming from the investigation into an incident
that occurred in the Town of Scriba in June 2012 when he
allegedly participated in the breaking in of a residence
and the theft of jewelry, electronics and prescription
medication. Mr. Jardin was arraigned by Hon. Judge Adkins
in Scriba Town Court and remanded back to the OCJ in lieu
of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond with a return to court date
of 1/3/13.
On 12/18/12 at 1:08 a.m., David L. Groth, 27, of
1212 SR 49, Cleveland, was arrested for Criminal Contempt,
second-degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic
incident in the Town of West Monroe when he allegedly sent
threatening texts to the individual of which has an order
of protection filed against him. Mr. Groth was released on
an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of West
Monroe Court on 1/7/13.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 17,
MEDIA RELEASE:
On 12/10/12
at 5:00 p.m., Harold F. Hemingway, Jr., 49, of 9618
Horseshoe Island Rd., Clay, was arrested for Trespass, a
violation, stemming from his participation in an incident
that occurred on 12/02/12. On
12/15/12 at 7:00 p.m., Jesse A. Raymond, 28, of 4581 SR 3,
Fulton, NY, was charged with Trespass, a violation,
stemming from his
participation in the same incident that occurred on
12/02/12. The pair
was reportedly found on CSX Railroad property in the area
between Button and Cummins Roads in the Town of Sandy
Creek. Each was issued an appearance ticket and is
scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Sandy Creek
Court on 1/10/13.
On 12/15/12 at 7:45 p.m., Aaron F. Leboeuf, 27, of
520 Hinman Rd., Pulaski, was arrested based on a bench
warrant issued by Jefferson County after it was revealed
during an unrelated incident that occurred at his
residence. Mr. Leboeuf was turned over to a member of the
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further
processing.
On
12/14/12 at 7:49 a.m., a 17 year old male residing in the
Town of Granby, was served a Criminal Summons issued by
Town of Granby Court charging him with Trespass, a
violation. The youth is scheduled
to appear before Town of Granby Court on 12/17/12. He is
accused of entering a Town of Granby property in late
September, without permission, reportedly attempting to
enter a vehicle on the premises, in concert with two
others
On 12/14/12 at 12:25 p.m., Zachary J. Jordan, 24,
of 13296 White Cemetery Rd., 316, Hannibal, NY, was taken
into custody based on a warrant issued by Oswego County
Family Court. Mr. Jordan was arraigned before the Hon.
Kimberly Seager, and released on his own recognizance. He
is scheduled to return to court on 1/08/03.
On 12/14/12 at 8:01 p.m., Paul A. Browning, 51, of
22 Leo Mar Drive, Fulton, was arrested for Assault, Third
Degree, a class A misdemeanor, and Menacing, Third Degree,
a class B misdemeanor, stemming from a domestic incident
that occurred on 12/06/12 during which he allegedly caused
physical injuries to a female victim’s face, nose and
eyes by punching the victim. Mr. Browning was issued
appearance ticket s returnable to Town of Granby Court on
12/24/12.
On 12/15/12 at 4:39 a.m., Sidney A. Wroblewski, 20,
of 48 Hatchery Rd., Constantia, was arrested for Driving
While Intoxicated, Driving With .08 or More of One Percent
of Alcohol, Unsafe Backing, and Leaving the Scene of a
Property Damage Accident, stemming from the investigation
into a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Town of
Constantia. Mr. Wroblewski was issued tickets returnable
to Town of Constantia Court on 1/07/13. He is accused of
leaving the scene of the accident that occurred in the
parking lot of the Wander Inn where he reportedly struck a
pickup truck.
On 12/14/12 at 1:43 p.m., Corey M. Bacon, 26, of
506 Cable Road, Williamstown, was arrested based on a
bench warrant issued by Town of Amboy Court charging him
with Harassment, Second Degree, a violation. Mr. Bacon was
arraigned before the Hon. Elizabeth Dunham, and remanded
to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $150
cash bail or $1,500 bail bond. He is scheduled to return
to court on 12/18/12.
On 12/15/12 at 2:52 p.m., Mollie L. Renne, 38, of
581 CR 3, Fulton, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation, Third Degree (license suspended with four
scoffs on 4/08/12 for failure to pay a fine in the City of
Fulton), and Inadequate Muffler, following a traffic stop
on CR 8 in the Town of Granby.
Ms. Renne was issued tickets and released and is scheduled
to answer the charges before Town of Granby Court on
1/14/13.
On 12/16/12 at 12:20 a.m., James R. Wyman, 28, of
248 Tug Hill Road, Oswego, was charged with Failed to Keep
Right and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation,
following a traffic stop on Water Street in the City of
Oswego. Mr. Wyman is scheduled to appear before Oswego
City Court on 1/24/13 to answer the charges. The arrest
was made during a STOP-DWI patrol after Mr. Wyman was
reportedly observed crossing the center line, entering the
lane of traffic occupied by a Deputy, while driving on
East First Street making a right turn onto SR 104 to head
west.
On
12/16/12 at 2:29 a.m., Cory R. Jardin, 28, of 36349
Five Acres Lane, Zephyrhills, Florida, was arrested during
the investigation into an unrelated incident that occurred
at an Oswego City residence when
an outstanding warrant pending out of the City of Fulton
was revealed. Mr. Jardin was subsequently arrested on the
warrant and turned over to a member of the Fulton Police
Department for further processing. During the process he
was found to be in possession of marijuana and further
arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a
violation. He was issued an appearance ticket and is
scheduled to answer the charge before Oswego City Court on
1/24/13.
On 12/16/12 at 12:40 p.m., Mr. Jardin was arrested at the
Oswego County Correctional Facility for Arson, Third
Degree, a class C felony, and Criminal Mischief, Second
Degree, a class D felony, stemming from an incident that
occurred on 7/04/12 in the Town of Volney when he
allegedly participated in setting fire to a 1999 Jeep
Cherokee on property located off SR 176 that had been
stolen from a City of Fulton resident. The investigation
into this incident was a collaborative investigation with
members of the Fulton Police Department. Mr. Jardin was
arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba
Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional
Facility in lieu of $6,000 cash bail or $12,000 bail bond.
He is scheduled to appear before Town of Volney Court on
1/07/13 to answer the charges.
On 12/16/12 at 10:20 a.m., Corey M. Rosato, 24, of
102 Valley Rd., Mexico, NY, was taken into custody at his
residence based on a bench warrant issued by the Hon.
Eugene Hafner, Town of Hannibal Court (Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree). Mr. Rosato was
arraigned before Judge Hafner and remanded to the Oswego
County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail or
$500 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on
1/22/13.
On 12/16/12, Bradley S. Ryant, 77, of 566 S. Main
St., Apt. 101, Central Square, NY, was operating a 2004
Ford eastbound on SR 49 at the I-81 overpass in the Town
of Hastings at 11:13 a.m. when he collided with an I-81
northbound 2004 Toyota driven by Ann M. Sadowski, 44, of
112 Ruby Rd., Liverpool, NY. The incident occurred at the
intersection of the I-81 north off ramp when Ms. Sadowski
turned westbound onto SR 49 at a green traffic light and
Mr. Ryant passed through a red light proceeding eastbound
through the intersection. Traffic control disregard
appears to have been a contributing factor in the
incident. Mr. Ryant was ticketed for Passed Red Light.
On 12/16/12 at 8:48 p.m., Tracy A. Leone, 39, of
140 George Rd., Mexico, NY, was charged with Inadequate
Lighting (one headlight illuminated) and Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended for
failure to pay fine on 11/01/2012 in the City of Fulton
and had one scoff on one date), following a traffic stop
on SR 104 in the Town of New Haven. Ms. Leone was issued
tickets returnable to Town of New Haven Court on 1/17/13.
