Police Blotter Report:
Brian P. Grosse, 40, of 619 Hamlin St., Apt. 2,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:03 a.m.
Sunday in the 600 block of Mill Street with driving while
intoxicated and a headlight violation. His blood alcohol
content was 0.16 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08
percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under
state law. He is summoned to appear Jan. 16 in City Court.
Melody Lou Scee, 48, of 926 Remington St.,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:19 a.m.
Sunday at 329 High St. with trespassing. Police said she
refused to leave Artie's Tavern after numerous requests by
staff and police. She awaits prosecution in City
Court.
Stacy L. Juczak, 25, of 505 Washington St., Apt.
103, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:27
p.m. Sunday at her residence with falsely reporting an
incident and making a punishable false statement. She is
accused of falsely reporting a rape and domestic incident
at about 9:44 p.m. Dec. 4 at Samaritan Medical Center, 830
Washington St., according to court documents. She is
summoned to appear Jan. 7 in City Court.
James E. Major, 45, of 1138 Boyd St., Watertown,
was charged by Watertown police at 5:38 p.m. Saturday at
Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., with
seventh-degree criminal possession of stolen property. It
is alleged he possessed three Diazepam pills in a
prescription bottle that did not belong to him at about
3:52 p.m. Saturday at his residence, police said. He is
summoned to appear Jan. 10 in City Court.
Tyler D. Collins, 19, of 121 Maywood Terrace,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:00 p.m.
Thursday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building
with petit larceny. Police allege he stole a shoulder bag
containing a uniform, paycheck and body spray from a table
inside McDonald's, 924 Arsenal St., at about 3:28 p.m.
Dec. 19. He is summoned to appear Jan. 4 in City Court.
Mr. Collins was charged again with petit larceny at 11:32
p.m. Saturday at Sugar Creek, 508 Mill St., after
allegedly stealing three packs of cigarettes valued at
$28.83. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public
Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment
Sunday morning in City Court.
Mark D. Eastman, 43, of 126 N. Orchard St., Apt. 2,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:20 a.m.
Saturday on the Court Street Bridge with fourth-degree
criminal mischief. He is accused of intentionally breaking
a glass window on a front door at 537 Davidson St. by
punching the glass at about 4:05 a.m., police said. He
awaits prosecution in City Court.
Daniel A. Louise, 20, of 816 Franklin St.,
Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:03 a.m.
Saturday in the 100 block of S. Meadow Street with
unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding 40 mph in a
30-mph zone and a defective brake light. He is summoned to
appear Jan. 11 in City Court.
Amanda M. Ashley, 23, of 17481 Route 11, Apt. 3,
Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 6:13 p.m.
Saturday in the 100 block of Breen Avenue with
third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving
without a license and a headlight violation. She was
released after posting $100 bail and is summoned to appear
Jan. 8 in City Court.
