Police Blotter Report:

George K. Anderson, 25, of 129 N. Meadow St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday at his residence with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, following a domestic incident. He is accused of damaging a television valued at $650 by kicking the screen and slammed a PlayStation Eye valued at $35.99 on the floor at about 12:08 a.m. Tuesday, police said. Both items belong to Amanda K. Vincent, same address, according to a police report. Mr. Anthony was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Tuesday in City Court. 

Terry L. Gebo, 52, of 911 Salina St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:26 p.m. Monday at his residence with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment. He is accused of violating the terms of an order of protection when he poured a container of marbles on the head of his girlfriend, Mary M. Charland, during a domestic incident at about 10:04 p.m. Monday in their apartment, police said. Mr. Gebo was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Tuesday in City Court.
