Police Blotter Report:
Terrah K. Frederick, 24, of 339 Arlington St.,
lower apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at
5:51 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Eastern Boulevard
with second-degree harassment, second-degree criminal
trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering
the welfare of a child. She is accused of unlawfully
entering the residence of Christina L. Frederick, 339
Arlington St., lower apt., during an incident at about
3:41 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11. She is also accused of punching
Christina in her face, pulling her hair and broke a door
causing it to break while Christina was holding her
2-year-old daughter, police said. She was being held at
the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending
arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
Jesse A. Young, 30, of 24480 Route 12, Apt. 123,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:39 p.m.
Sunday at 309 N. Rutland St. with first-degree criminal
contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment. He is
accused of violating the terms of a Family Court order of
protection by allegedly harassing the protected party,
Kylie Rivers, police said. Mr. Young allegedly threw a
13.3 pound bag of 9 Lives cat food at the Ms. Rivers while
she was entering the front seat of a van at about 3:30
p.m. Sunday, according to court documents. He was being
held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending
arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
David A. Carrow, 19, of 18053 Allen Road, Apt. 2,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:33 a.m.
Sunday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with
second-degree criminal trespass. Mr. Carrow is accused of
unlawfully entering the residence of his sister, Ashley
Borders, 820 Leon Ave., without her permission at about 8
p.m. Oct. 31, police said. He is summoned to appear Jan.
31 in City Court.
Andrew J. Petrousky, 28, of 35854 Route 3,
Carthage, was cited by Watertown police at 4:32 p.m.
Sunday in the 300 block of Eastern Boulevard with
second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and
speeding. He was released to military custody and summoned
to appear Jan. 30 in City Court.
Michael C. Bates, 27, of 548 Jefferson St., lower
apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:38
a.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Arsenal Street with
aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, an exhaust
violation, and driving without a license. He was released
after posting $200 police bail and is summoned to appear
Jan. 29 in City Court.
Scott E. Stenoski, 25, of 510 N. Hycliff Dr., Apt.
A, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 12:20 a.m.
Monday in the 300 block of Arsenal Street with operating a
vehicle on a suspended registration. He is summoned to
appear Jan. 29 in City Court.
Jessica A. Blair, 27, of 991 Route 11, Gouverneur,
was cited by Watertown police at 4:49 p.m. Sunday in the
200 block of Mill Street with third-degree aggravated
unlicensed operation and having a defective brake light.
She is summoned to appear Jan. 29 in City
Court.
Derrick T. Lilly II, 17, of 277 High St.,
Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 7:49 p.m.
Sunday in Thompson Park with operating a vehicle on a
suspended registration and being an unlicensed operator.
He is summoned to appear Jan. 28 in City Court.
