Police Blotter Report:

Kristin V.M. Smiling, 25, of 4 W. Church St., Apt. 5, Adams, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 11:42 p.m. Sunday at her residence with second-degree criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child. Ms. Smiling is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of Lynn A. Sullivan, 12655 Route 178, town of Henderson at about 8:32 p.m. Sunday and shoved Amber Smiling who was holding a female baby, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear April 29 in Henderson Town Court.

Zachary J. Perkins, 20, of 13484 Route 11, Adams Center, Michael C. James, 18, of 215 N. Indiana Ave., Watertown, and Jack H. Wiley, 19, of 1147 Boyd St., Watertown, were each charged by Watertown police at 10:04 p.m. Saturday in Thompson Park with trespassing. The park is closed to the public 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., police said. Mr. James and Mr. Wiley were also cited with unlawful possession of marijuana. They are each summoned to appear April 29 in City Court.

Michael J. Conway, 49, of 545 Cross St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:51 p.m. Saturday at his residence with aggravated driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and resisting arrest. Police said Mr. Conway was traveling west on Exchange Street in front of the entrance of Crazy Legs Saloon, 536 Arsenal St., at about 10:36 p.m. Saturday and struck a pedestrian, Michael H. Wojcik, 30, Evans Mills, who was directing vehicles into a parking lot. Mr. Wojcik complained of left wrist pain and declined medical treatment, according to an accident report. Mr. Conway's 2009 Dodge pickup truck was later located in his driveway, police said. While being arrested, he allegedly pulled away numerous times and to be taken to the ground to be handcuffed, police said. He is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court.




Demar L. Poindexter, 20, of 1729 Burns Ave., Apt. E, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 3:43 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Franklin Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal a turn. He was released after posting $250 police bail and summoned to appear April 29 in City Court. His passenger, Alexander E. Sullivan, 22, of 913 State St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was cited with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police said he was possessing a small plastic bag containing marijuana in his hand. Mr. Sullivan is summoned to appear April 29 in City Court.

Amy N. Hayward, 37, of 318 Academy St., Apt. B, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 10:01 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Mill Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal a turn. She is summoned to appear April 26 in City Court. 

Joshua B. Peterson, 21, of 20674 Munns Corner Rd., Apt. 203C, Fort Drum, was arrested by Watertown police at 5:59 p.m. Sunday at his residence on a bench warrant. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.

Donta J. Minor, 28, of 37 Kassidy St., Apt. 904, Kingston, Ontario, was arrested by Watertown police at 7:35 p.m. Sunday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
