Police Blotter Report:

Tori A. Barber, 19, of 22 Emerson Place, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 2:03 a.m. Tuesday on Public Square with driving while intoxicated and an inoperable license plate lamp. Her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. She is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court.

Devin B. Daniels, 24, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. P4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:02 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Academy Street with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. It is alleged Mr. Daniels grabbed Renee M. Daniels by her throat and squeezed her neck "to the point that she couldn't breath or talk during a domestic dispute," at about 2 p.m. Monday in their apartment, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.

Jason M. Benware, 24, of 146 W. Main St., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 11:42 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of Factory Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle on a suspended registration and unlicensed operator. He is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court. 

Miguel A. Medina III, 26, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 11:35 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Gotham Street with petit larceny. He is accused of stealing a BMX bicycle belonging to Eric M. Bean, 136 Scio St., at about 11:06 p.m. Monday from Mr. Bean's prorch, police said. Mr. Medina was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.

Tajemar M. Brandon, 17, of 363 Flower Ave. E., and Graig A. Bush Jr., 16, of 624 Davidson St., Apt. 4, both of Watertown, were each charged at 7:22 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Academy Street with disorderly conduct following a fight. Mr. Brandon was additionally charged with resisting arrest after he ran from police and attempt to hide on a front porch, according to court documents. Mr. Brandon was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court. Mr. Bush is summoned to appear April 29 in City Court.

Evan D. Hoppel, 17, of 1562 Washington St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:59 p.m. Monday at Family Dollar, 146 Arsenal St., with petit larceny. Police allege he stole a 8.4-ounce can of Red Bull valued at $2 and a 3.5-ounce bag of Jolly Rancher bites valued at $1 by placing them in his pocket and walking out of the store at about 5:09 p.m. Monday without paying. He is summoned to appear April 29 in City Court.

Christopher M. Perciful, 31, of 548 Mill St., Watertown, was charged Monday evening with petit larceny at the Jefferson County Jail where he is currently being held on unrelated charges, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Deputies allege he stole $42.53 worth of merchandise at about 5 p.m. Dec. 12 at Kohl's department store, 21850 Towne Center Dr., town of Watertown. He is summoned to appear May 2 in town of Watertown Court. 

Garrett J. Simoneau, 26, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 660C, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:56 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of W. Main Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an exhaust violation. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear April 26 in City Court. 

Gary J. Robinson II, 52, of 366 Arlington St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:20 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Factory Street with operating a vehicle on a suspended registration and unlicensed operator. He is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court. 

David W. Norman, 48, of 123 Union St., Black River, was cited by Watertown police at 4:47 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of Pearl Street with operating a vehicle on a suspended registration. He is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court.
