Police Blotter Report:

Tony L. Frezzo II, 20, of 22665 Lewis St., Glen Park, was charged by Watertown police at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at 24837 Route 11, town of Watertown, with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and following too closely. Mr. Frezzo is accused of intentionally ramming a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup truck into the rear end of a 2004 Ford Focus operated by Joseph G. Mathar, 20, Carthage, creating substantial risk of injury and the fled the scene at about 3 a.m. Feb. 19 in the 800 block of Huntington Street, police said. No injuries were reported. He was released after posting $750 police bail and summoned to appear April 23 in City Court. 

Jonathan T. Burt, 21, of 351 N. California Ave., Lucas J. Lavancha, 29, of 120 S. Orchard St., and Ashley N. Deline, 18, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. K-4, all of Watertown, were each charged at early Wednesday with trespassing after they were riding in a vehicle through mud on private property off Route 37 in the town of Pamelia at about 12:30 a.m., according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. They are summoned to appear May 2 in Pamelia Town Court.

Nichole M. Smith, 27, of 1029 Holcomb St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:16 p.m. Tuesday at her residence with false personation. Mrs. Smith allegedly provided by a false date of birth in an attempt to prevent officers from learning she was wanted on warrants in Washington County as well as Florida, police said. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $250 police bail pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court. 

Janelle L. Gebo, 30, of 819 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:49 p.m. Tuesday at 407 Fairview St. with petit larceny. She is accused of stealing a black East Coast & Co. purse valued at $12 by taking it from Dollar General, 1222 Arsenal St., without paying at about 8 p.m. April 13, police said. Ms. Gebo is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court. 

Raymond D. Hatch, 35, of 116 Keyes Ave., Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday at 116 Keyes Ave. with second-degree harassment. He is accused of pushing Police Officer Dennis C. Lawlee, slamming a door causing the officer's two fingers to be pinched and struck his knee and foot, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear May 8 in City Court.

James M. Mayhew, 35, of 13542 Jerden Falls Rd., Harrisville, was charged by Watertown police at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday at 536 Emerson St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to signal a turn and unsafe tire. Police said heroin and a glass pipe which tested positive for marijuana were located in the vehicle he was operating. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court. 

Vincent H. Brown, 43, and Amanda A. Brown, 21, both of 616 Mundy St., Apt. 2, Watertown, were each charged by Watertown police at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday at their home with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police allege Mr. and Ms. Brown possessed a small plastic baggie containing cocaine and a smoking device with residue which tested positive for marijuana at his residence. They were each being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court. 

Orion S. Burke, 35, of 44041 Terrace St., Apt. A, Natural Bridge, was charged by Watertown police at 3:09 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Arsenal Street with driving while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court. 

Kevin W. Chatterton II, 28, of 620 State St., Apr. 1, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Arsenal Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no inspection.  He is summoned to appear May 2 in City Court.

Shawn M. Desormeau, 33, of 202 N. Pleasant St., upstairs apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:34 p.m. Tuesday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle. He is accused of exercising control over a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer belonging to Susan C. Monroe, 1005 Bronson St., when he allegedly borrowed the vehicle without her consent and drove it to an undisclosed location to "participate in an illegal drug transaction" at about 7:16 p.m. April 12 at 407 Fairview St., police wrote in court documents. He is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court.

Kandesha L. Stanley, 23, homeless, was arrested by Watertown police at 9:53 a.m. Tuesday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant and was also charged with first-degree bail jumping, a felony. She was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
