Police Blotter Report:

Brenna C. Murray, 24, of 20971 Oxford St., Carthage, was charged by state police at 11:40 p.m. Wednesday on Route 3 in the town of Pamelia with driving while intoxicated and speeding 44 mph in a 30-mph zone. Her blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, troopers said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. 

Kevin F. Brennan, 56, of 46 Public Square, Watertown, was charged by state police at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday at his residence with first-degree falsifying business records, a felony. An investigator said Mr. Brennan forged a prescription slip to obtain 48 Percoset pills for personal consumption on May 2, 2012, while employed as a nurse practitioner at the Mercy Primary Care Clinic. He is summoned to appear April 24 in City Court. 

Christopher E. Martin, 24, of 22625 Plaza Dr., Watertown, was charged by state police at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday with petit larceny. He is accused of shoplifting merchandise from Hannaford food store, Route 3, town of Watertown, on April 12, troopers said. He is summoned to appear in town of Watertown Court.

Eric A. Strader, 47, of 415 Gotham St., Apt. 5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:34 p.m. Wednesday at his residence with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana. Mr. Strader "purposely crossed the street in front of a patrol vehicle after observing it traveling towards him with its emergency lights and sirens activated," at about 6:51 p.m. Wednesday, police said. "He placed his right index finger in the air instructing the patrol to wait as he crossed in front of it which halted the patrol's response time" to an emergency call, according to court documents. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court. 

Matthew J. Howland, 21, of 228 N. Rutland St., up apt., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 9:29 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of William Street with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police allege he possessed a plastic bag containing marijuana. He is summoned to appear May 1 in City Court. 

Tyler J. Larmon, 19, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. H7, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday at his residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged he took a cellphone from Rayven L. Satele after she stated she going to seek police assistance during a domestic dispute at about 3 p.m. Wednesday, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court. 

Whitney M. Gaffney, 23, of 339 Arlington St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:26 p.m. Wednesday at her residence with second-degree harassment. She is accused of punching Kadie Rennie in the head several times at about 2:12 p.m. March 14 at the Jefferson County Court complex, 163 Arsenal St., police said. Ms. Gaffney is summoned to appear April 18 in City Court. 

Terrick R. Goodwin, 39, of 944 Iranstan Ave., Bridgeport, Conn., was charged by Watertown police at 7:00 a.m. Tuesday in Stafford, Va., with failure to register as a sex offender within 10 days of moving, a felony, on July 29, 2012, according to police papers. Police said Mr. Goodwin reported moving into 136 Willaim St. on July 18, 2012, but never actually lived there. He was arraigned before City Judge Eugene R. Renzi and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $20,000 cash.

Scott L. Thomas, 31, of 31388 Town Line Rd., Philadelphia, was charged by Watertown police at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with unauthorized use of a vehicle. Police said he was currently being held at the jail on an unrelated matter. He is accused of "exercising control over a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer belonging to Susan C. Monroe when he rode as a passenger" with a co-defendant, Shawn M. Desormeau, of 202 N. Pleasant St., at about 7:16 p.m. April 12 at 407 Fairview St., according to police documents. Mr. Thomas is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in City Court. 

Ambrose C. Barnes, 24, of 334 Clay St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday at 420 State St. on a violation of probation warrant. He was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court. 

Travis M. Lashure, 21, of 25887 Bonney Rd., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of LeRay Street with operating a vehicle on a suspended registration and excessive window tint. He is summoned to appear May 1 in City Court. 

Eugene Jackson Jr., 32, of 356 N. Colorado Ave., upstairs apt., Watertown, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. Wednesday at 146 Arsenal St. on a bench warrant. He was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
