POTSDAM, NY — On the evening of Monday, July 23, at approximately 11:25pm, Potsdam Police responded to a reported armed robbery at the A-Plus Sunoco located at 147 Market St. in the village.
Through investigation it was determined that a male subject entered the store, brandished a knife and then robbed the store clerk at knife point and fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash. The suspect description is a white male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans with white sneakers.
The Potsdam Police Department is actively investigating and is requesting the public’s assistance with any information they may be able to provide.
