LAKE ONTARIO, July 13 —  Twenty-six cadets and six crew members from HMCS Ontario aboard the tall ship the Fair Jeanne were stranded at about 4:30 p.m. Friday just off Duck Island in Canadian waters of Lake Ontario after fire broke out in the an engine room, according to officials.  The U.S. Coast Guard, the Canadian Coast Guard, the Clayton Fire Department, the Wellesley Island Fire Department and the U.S. Border Patrol responded to the scene.
