WATERTOWN, N.Y., July 31 —  Meat Loaf sings Tuesday evening at the Duffy Dome.  The concert was apart of the DealMaker/DPAO Summer Concert Series which benefits the Disabled Persons Action Organization.  Tickets are still available for the remaining shows in August.
