WATERTOWN, Sept. 23, 2006 --  A moose wandered throughout the east and south sides of Watertown Saturday morning and afternoon.  From 3 to 5:20 p.m., the moose was contained to the backyard of 325 Paddock St.  DEC officials on scene shot the animal with a  tranquilizer gun, and he later collapsed on a fairway at the Ives Hill Country Club.
