Police:
Alex Bay Man Pushed Father Down Stairs

Marcus Flinn, 20, of 44 High St., was charged by state police on
Friday with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal
mischief.
Troopers said he pushed his father causing him to fall down stairs and broke to
doors in the residence during a domestic dispute.
He was arraigned in Village Court and is ordered to appear on Dec. 12.

Accused of Crashing Stolen Truck

A Natural Bridge teen was arrested Saturday after a stolen truck was
discovered in a ditch on Oct. 28 in the town of Croghan, according to the Lewis
County Sheriff's Department.
Joshua C. Walters, 17, of 27630 Temple St., was charged with unauthorized use
of a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief. Deputies said the
charges stem from an investigation of a stolen truck on Oct. 28 on the Wahalula
truck trail in the town of Croghan. The 1994 Dodge Dakota was reported stolen
from a hunting camp at 12:45 a.m. by the owner, Robert H. Banks, 51, Lakeview
Drive, Dexter. The truck was recovered a short distance away in a ditch and
sustained $2,000 in damage, deputies said.
Mr. Walters is ordered to appear in Croghan Town Court at a later date.
Deputies said the investigation continues and further arrests are pending.

Accused of Yelling in Middle of State Street

Jason J. Loomis, 24, of 206 Franklin St., Apt. 511, was charged by
Watertown police at 2:38 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of State Street with
disorderly conduct.
He is accused of yelling a police while standing in the middle roadway and
allegedly ignored orders to leave the area. After being arrested, police said
they found a small quantity of marijuana on him.
He is to answer the charges in City Court on Dec. 11.

Fort Drum Man Shouted Obscenities

City police charged Steven D. Nunez, 21, of 10110 N. Riva Ridge Loop,
Fort Drum, at 1:52 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct.
Police said he was standing in the 200 block of Goodale Street yelling
obscenities at police and refused to leave to the leave the area after numerous
requests.
He was released to military custody and is to appear in City Court on Dec. 5.

Man Urinated in City Hall Parking Lot

Luis J. Hernandez, 21, of 10642 S. Riva Ridge Loop, Apt. 131, Fort
Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:48 a.m. Sunday with exposure of a
person.
Mr. Hernandez was allegedly observed by police urinating all over the back of a
parked vehicle in the Municipal Building parking lot, 245 Washington St.
He was released to military custody and is to appear in City Court on Dec. 11.

Accused of Fighting with Strand Staff

Christopher J. Daigle, 20, of T324 Third St. West, Apt. 105, Fort
Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:42 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of
Franklin Street with disorderly conduct.
Police said they observed Mr. Daigle pushing Strand Music Theater staff on a sidewalk outside the bar.
He was released to military custody and is to appear in City Court on Dec. 14.

Man Accused of Stepping into Traffic

Patrick S. Calhoun, 41, of 505 Lansing St., was arrested by Watertown
police at 10:16 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Mill Street.
He was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana
after he allegedly walked in the middle of the street in the path of a vehicle.
After being arrested, police said they found a small quantity of marijuana in
his front left pants pocket.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $100 bail
pending arraignment Sunday morning in town of Watertown Court.

Accused of Giving Police False Name

A Watertown man who allegedly gave police a false name was jailed
Saturday afternoon.
Ryan A. Anthony, 27, of 205 Academy St., was arrested by Watertown police at
4:42 p.m. at his residence on a charge of second-degree criminal impersonation.
He provided a false name of Bob Anthony Murray to avoid arrest on a City Court
bench warrant for a felony sealed indictment, police said.

Jailed on Two Charges After Domestic Dispute

Lorne A. McLean, 36, of 8075 Route 289, was arrested Friday afternoon
by state police on charges of second-degree harassment and endangering the
welfare of a child.
Mr. McLean was arraigned before Ellisburg Town Justice Peter C. Payne, and sent
to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building under $500 bail. He is to appear
in Ellisburg Town Court on Dec. 5.
Police said he threw items throughout his residence and subjected his
girlfriend, Nicole M. Harvey, 28, same address, to unwanted physical contact by
pushing her and poking her in the chest while their children were present
within the home. He also allegedly threatened to stab Ms. Harvey and struck his
5-year-old daughter on her back during the incident, police said.
A stay away order of protection was issued, troopers said.

Russell J. Rocker, 36, of 1749 E. Main St., Port Leyden, was charged
by state police early Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass and
fourth-degree criminal mischief.
