WATERTOWN, NY — City police, firefighters and Guilfoyle Ambulance responded at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, to Creekwood Apartments for a report of a man who had been laying unconscious for about 30 minutes in a snowbank.
The man was taken by ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment.
Further details have not been released by police.
