WATERTOWN, NY — Iajah M. Hughes, 23, of 555 Mill St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, at 555 Mill St. with second-degree harassment.
He is accused of punching Robert Wicks, 40, Watertown, with a closed fist causing a cut and swelling to his lower lip at about 5:00 p.m. May 31 at 551 Mill St., police said.
Mr. Hughes is summoned to appear July 13 in City Court.
