WATERTOWN, NY — Timothy D. O’Connor, 21, of 22576 Eacho Dr., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:37 a.m. May 9 at 773 Gotham St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Mr. O’Connor is accused of using an object to scratch the trunk of a 2015 Ford Focus belonging to Wyatt H. Bishop, 22, Carthage, at about 11:40 p.m. May 8 at 773 Gotham St., police said. He was released after posting $500 police bail and summoned to appear May 23 in City Court.
