WATERTOWN, NY — Patrick M. Stevenson, 39, of 113 Park Ave., Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:12 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at 224 N. Hamilton St. with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment.
Mr. Stevenson is accused of violating the terms of a Family Court refrain-from order of protection when he grabbed the protected party, Danielle M. Freeman, 30, by her right arm and pulled at about 6:28 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at 113 Park Ave., Apt. 3, according to court documents.
He was held for arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
