WATERTOWN, NY — Mark S. Zando, 57, of 411 Stone St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:26 p.m. Sunday, July 1, at his residence with disorderly conduct.
He is accused of making unreasonable noise and continued to yell despite being advised multiple times to quiet down at about 8:16 p.m. Sunday, police said.
He was being held on $100 police bail pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
