WATERTOWN, NY — Christopher M. Strickland, 44, of 319 Academy St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:51 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at his residence with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Mr. Strickland is accused of yelling profanities, police said. He also allegedly pulled his arms away and refused to provide his hands for handcuffing, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Nov. 28 in City Court.
