WATERTOWN, NY — Cedric E. Woods, 31, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 635B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:13 a.m. Saturday, June 9, in the 200 block of Arsenal Street with driving while intoxicated, speeding, unsafe lane change and driving without a license. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is summoned to appear June 27 in City Court.
