WATERTOWN, NY — Brandon L. Miles, 18, of 165 High St., lower apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:39 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at 165 High St. with felony counts of second-degree rape and criminal sex act.
It is alleged he engaged in intercourse with a 13-year-old girl and received oral sex from the victim on June 23 at 165 High St., police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Friday afternoon in City Court.
