WATERTOWN, NY — Peter E. Graves Jr., 27, of 325 Coffeen St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:35 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, in the 600 block of Bronson Street with disorderly conduct.
Police allege he made unreasonable noise while screaming in the 600 block of Bronson Street despite repeated requests to quiet down.
