WATERTOWN, NY — The Watertown Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male and female in the attached photo.
Police believe the male and female may have knowledge of a larceny that occurred at Arsenal Street Wine and Liquor.
If anyone can identify either of the persons, please call police at (315) 782-2233, mention Newzjunky and reference the case is being investigated by Patrolman Ernest Miller.
