Watertown woman accused of kicking police officer at restaurant

WATERTOWN, NYKlair Y. West, 27, of 338 Academy St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, at her residence with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.

Ms. West is accused of kicking a uniformed police officer several times at about 4:15 p.m. Nov. 5 at Tully’s Goodtimes restaurant, 1050 Arsenal St., according to court documents. She is also accused of pulling away from officers and prevented officers from placing her in handcuffs after being told she was under arrest, police said.

She is summoned to appear Nov. 26 in City Court.
