WATERTOWN, NY — Sarah A. Donato, 34, of 474 Coffeen St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:40 a.m. Friday, May 25, in the 300 block of Coffeen Street with disorderly conduct. Police allege she engaged in fighting and violent behavior when she struck Michelle L. Brayton, Watertown, several times in the head and pulled her hair in the presence of a police officer, according to court documents. Ms. Donato is summoned to appear June 13 in City Court.
