WATERTOWN, NY — Hailey S. Dean, 19, of 132 William St., Apt. C, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 27, at 117 JB Wise Place with second-degree harassment.
She is accused of striking Maynard W. Stowell, 33, of 661 Factory St., in his head with a closed fist during a domestic incident at about 5:32 p.m. July 23 at 632 Factory St., police said.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 14 in City Court.
