WATERTOWN, NY — Kelcie M. Williams, 21, of 18464 Woodard Rd., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:21 a.m. April 28 in the 700 block of Arsenal Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, a headlight violation and operating a vehicle on a suspended registration.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is summoned to appear May 16 in City Court.
