WATERTOWN, NY — Olivia A. Pastella, 24, of 3987 Pawnee Dr., Liverpool, was charged by Watertown police at 6:09 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, in the 500 block of Thompson Boulevard with aggravated driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. Police did not provide her BAC.
She is summoned to appear Dec. 12 in City Court.
