WATERTOWN, NY — Lorraine B. Eshelman, 57, of 235 Central St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:32 a.m. July 26 at 235 Central St. with disorderly conduct.
She is accused of ignoring police requests to stop yelling at her neighbor in the 200 block of Central Street at about 11:04 a.m. July 26, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 9 in City Court.
