The Watertown Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the female in the attached photos. The surveillance images were captured at Walmart in the town of Watertown where the female purchased a Halloween mask for a child. If anyone can identify her, please call Watertown police at (315) 782-2233. The case is being investigated by Patrolman Michael Maney.
