WATERTOWN, NY — Caleb S. Graham, 22, of 343 Walker Ave., Apt. E, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:32 a.m. Monday, July 30, in the 500 block of State Street with fourth-degree criminal possession of a stolen property – credit card, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Graham is accused of possessing a credit card and cell phone belonging to Andrah Toney, 22, Watertown, at about 11:30 a.m. Monday in the 500 block of State Street, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment in City Court, police said.
