WATERTOWN, NY — On July 29, 2023, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Alexandria Bay arrested Mark A. Soluri, 18, of Watertown, NY, for Rape second-degree (D Felony), Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child (E- Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation regarding a complaint involving a 13-year-old-victim.
Soluri was arraigned in Watertown City Court and released on his own recognizance and ordered to answer the charges at a later date.
