WATERTOWN, NY —Â Watertown police are investigating a two-vehicle personal injury accident at the intersection of S. Massey and W. Ten Eyck streets shortly after 10:15 a.m. Monday. Two Guilfoyle ambulances responded to the scene. Further details have not been released by police at this time. City firefighters assisted at the scene.
