2 Watertown men charged with burglary

WATERTOWN, NY — City police responded at about 11:15 p.m. May 27 to 634
Factory St. for a burglary complaint.

The 36 year old victim, Paul Fish, advised two males had forcibly entered his apartment and attacked him, causing injuries to his head. He was transported to Samaritan Medical Center where he was treated and released that day, police said.

During the course of the investigation two suspects were identified as 30 year old Roger D. Brogdon, of 661 Factory St., Apt #6, Watertown, NY, and 25 year old Brandon J. Barnett, who has no fixed address.

On 05/29/2019, Mr. Brogdon and Mr. Barnett were arrested and charged with
one count of Burglary in the First Degree, a class B Felony. Mr. Brogdon, who is
on parole was remanded to the Jefferson County Jail with no bail.

Mr. Barnett was remanded to the Jefferson County Jail on $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 bond.
