WATERTOWN, NY — The Watertown Police Department released the following statement:
On Thursday, 06/27/2019, our detectives arrested 20-year-old David T. Sprague of 63 Public Square, Apartment #2, Watertown, and charged him with one count of first-degree disseminating indecent material to minors.
He was brought to City Court and arraigned before the Hon. Eugene Renzi, who released Mr. Sprague on his own recognizance.
The above charge was based on an investigation that showed Mr. Sprague had used a smart phone to solicit and receive images of a 13-year-old female performing a sexual act, police said.
