WATERTOWN, NY —Â Dale D. Williams Jr., 21, of 1131 Boyd St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, in the 100 block of Arlington Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to keep right.
His blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
He is summoned to appear March 6 in City Court.
