WATERTOWN, NY —Â Christopher W. Pierce, 25, of 25996 Little Owl Court, Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 9:16 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at 600 W.T. Field Dr. with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Mr. Pierce is accused of punching Thomas Martin, 69, multiple times in his face causing a laceration to the left, a period of unconsciousness and a facial contusion at about 9:06 p.m. at the Watertown Municipal Arena, police said. He is additionally accused of attempting to get out of the hands of security who were trying to hold him back from fighting, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Dec. 12 in City Court.
