3 arrested after fight on Public Square

WATERTOWN, NY —  Three people were arrested early Saturday following an altercation at 109 Public Square, according to the Watertown Police Department.

Maria L. McConnell, 26, of 319 N. Hamilton St., Watertown, was charged at 1:51 a.m. with disorderly conduct after she attempted to punch another woman on a sidewalk, police said. She is summoned to appear Jan. 8 in City Court.

Nassem D. Williams, 20, of 10424 4th Armored Division Dr., Apt. 241, Fort Drum, was charged at 1:51 a.m. with disorderly conduct after he swung his fists at another individual, police said. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Jan. 3 in City Court.

Mariah A. Hull, 24, of 625 Burlington St., Watertown, was charged at 1:51 a.m. with disorderly conduct after she engaged in a physical fight with another woman, police said. She is summoned to appear Jan. 16 in City Court.
