REDWOOD, NY — 4-H Camp Wabasso will host Camp Craft-A-Palooza on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 10:00am until 4:00pm. The event is open to youth ages 6–15, and the cost is $40 per youth, which includes lunch, snacks, programming, and supplies. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. Camp Craft-A-Palooza offers youth a fun way to spend a winter day at camp, make holiday crafts, and enjoy activities with friends.
Campers will have a variety of holiday crafts to choose from, including making salt dough ornaments from scratch, exploring other ornament designs, decorating canvas bags, creating popsicle-stick trees, and making wreaths. These are just a few of the projects planned for the day, giving campers of all ages the chance to be creative and make something special to take home. Youth will also learn how to wrap gifts, with staff available to demonstrate and help them practice wrapping their own presents.
Weather permitting, outdoor activities will include snowshoeing or winter hiking. Youth can also try indoor archery and take part in a variety of indoor team building games. Lunch and a movie will provide a break from the activities, with hot chocolate and s’mores available throughout the day.
